Deliveries

Delivery methods, times, and fees

We offer several delivery methods that you can review before finalizing your order. You can do this after selecting your products and entering the delivery address. Additionally, you will be able to see the costs and the estimated delivery time.

These costs are calculated based on the volume, weight, quantity of products, as well as the delivery address.

The delivery time is calculated based on product availability, postal code, weight, dimensions and volume of the products, whether the delivery is partial or full, and the carrying capacity of the delivery company. It is important to note that the announced delivery time is approximate.

We offer the following delivery methods:

In-store pickup

Order amount: < 2000 rs – Shipping fee: 500 rs.

Order amount: > 2000 rs – Shipping fee: Free.

Home Plus

Order amount: < 2000 rs – Shipping fee: 500 rs.

Order amount: > 2000 rs – Shipping fee: Free.

Returns, Issues, and Refunds

Refund for returned products

Once the product is received at our warehouse and verified to be in order, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 15 days using the same payment method you used for the purchase. This timeframe may vary depending on the payment method used or the specific conditions of your bank. If you have not received the refund after 15 days, please contact us at info@kavehome.mu.

After-sales service

Warranty period

The warranty period for free repairs due to product defects is up to 1 year for domestic use and half that time (maximum 6 months) for commercial use (hotels, restaurants, cafés, etc.). The warranty duration may vary depending on the nature of the defect.

The warranty period for display or refurbished products is reduced by half (maximum 6 months for domestic use / maximum 3 months for commercial use).

Warranty duration by type of defect (based on domestic use):

  • Damage/separation of the wooden structure (within 12 months)
  • Noise or instability of the wooden structure / hardware issues (within 6 months)
  • Deformation of the coating on wooden or metal structures (within 6 months)
  • Flattening of cushions / foam issues (within 6 months)
  • Cracks due to wood shrinkage/expansion (within 3 months)
  • Fabric defects, fraying / discoloration / cracks (including natural phenomena) (within 7 days)

Account/Orders

Availability of product

Pre-order products are items that are currently out of stock domestically and are ordered from overseas.

The price of pre-order products listed on the website includes overseas shipping costs, so there are no additional costs beyond the product price and standard delivery fee.

How can I track my shipment?

You can track the delivery of your order in the ‘My Orders’ menu on the My Page.

Please refer to the following order statuses:

  • Payment Pending: If you choose bank transfer as the payment method, the order is confirmed but the payment hasn’t been verified yet. If the payment is not completed within 5 days, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • Preparing for Shipment: The order is confirmed, and the products are ready to be shipped from the logistics center.
  • Order Canceled: The order has been canceled. If you did not request the cancellation, please contact customer service.
  • Delivered: The order has been shipped from the logistics center and is on its way to you. For regional deliveries, the status might show as shipped when it reaches the regional logistics center, and the actual delivery date will be scheduled separately with you.

*The actual delivery date for courier deliveries may differ due to the scanning process of the courier company.

Should I sign up to place an order?

You can place an order as a non-member without signing up. However, becoming a member of Kave Home comes with additional benefits, so don’t miss out!

I forgot the password

Don’t worry!

If you click on ‘Forgot Password’ on the login screen, we will send you instructions on how to reset your password to the email address associated with your account.

I’ve changed my email address, can I keep using the old email address?

No problem!

However, for the management of your updated information, we recommend logging in and updating your email address.

How to update: My Page > Personal Information > Edit Profile > Update Email Address, then click ‘Save’.
