1. Object

The entire website www.kavehome.com is the property of Kave Home S.L.U (hereinafter referred to as "Kave").

Any individual placing an order must first consult and accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Kave reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Any changes made will not apply to purchases made before the approval of such changes, which will in all cases be governed by the General Terms in effect at the time of those purchases. It is the responsibility of the user to be aware of the General Terms in effect at the time of the purchase process.

These General Terms may be supplemented or modified by specific clauses or conditions related to certain products, including the exclusion of any right of withdrawal, exchange, or return. Please consult the product information carefully to become aware of these special conditions.

The electronic document in which the contract is established will be kept by Kave and may be accessed on our website after authentication with your username and password or by means established depending on the circumstances. A paper copy of this document can be requested from Customer Service at client@kavehome.com, whose contact details are provided in Clause 12 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

By accepting these terms, the user acknowledges being of legal age and having the legal capacity to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Applicable Legislation

This online contract is governed by Spanish law, specifically the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE). The online contract shall not be registered by a third party, and the language of subscription is Spanish.

These General Terms may be saved and reproduced at any time by the user making a purchase using their internet browser and must be accepted before proceeding with the payment for products.

3. Customer Account Creation

To make online purchases on the Kave website, registration as a user of this site (www.kavehome.com) is not required, and purchases can be made without registering.

Registration as a user is free and must be done from the "Registration" tab on the website. After completing the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email stating that the process has been successfully completed.

The user can access their customer account with their username and password or with the resources that, in each case, allow Kave to authenticate its users. In their account, the user will find useful information such as the details of orders placed or the delivery address provided.

The user can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to the following address: client@kavehome.com. Unsubscribing as a user will result in the deletion of their personal data.

4. Offer Validity Period

Without prejudice to the provisions of specific legislation, offers sent electronically are valid for the period set by Kave or, if not specified, for as long as they remain accessible to recipients.

5. Purchase Process

The purchase process includes the following steps:

(i) Product Selection: Browse our website and click the "Add to Cart" button each time you wish to add a product to your cart. The cart contains the name of the selected product, quantity, and price in euros.

(ii) Start Purchase Process: To begin the purchase process, click on the "Checkout" button.

(iii) Enter Purchase Details: Before selecting the payment method, you must fill in the purchase details and correct any errors in the data entry. Once you have verified your information, you can confirm your order.

(iv) Select Payment Method: Choose the desired payment method, accept the General Terms and Conditions by ticking the designated box, and click on the "Place Order" button. At this point, the contract is concluded in all respects.

(v) Purchase Confirmation: Upon receiving your agreement, Kave will send you a confirmation notification that you can save. This notification will include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Order date

  • Summary of products in the order.

Kave will confirm the order by email within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Throughout the purchase process, the user can consult these General Terms and Conditions, as well as the final price of the selected items.

Once the purchase is confirmed, the customer cannot modify or cancel the order except in cases provided for by law or these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

6. Verification of Dimensions and Access to Home

Responsibility of the User for Verifying Dimensions

By placing an order on our platform, the user expressly acknowledges and accepts that it is their responsibility to check and ensure that the dimensions of the purchased product are suitable for the space where they wish to install it.

Responsibility for Verifying Access in Case of Home Delivery and/or Assembly Services

If the user has subscribed to home delivery and/or assembly services, they must verify and ensure in advance that the dimensions of the product, including its packaging, are compatible with the access points and spaces in their home: doors, hallways, elevators, or any other element that could obstruct delivery or, if applicable, assembly of the product at the desired location. KAVE is not responsible for the inability to deliver and/or assemble due to access or space issues.

Applicable to Personalized and Non-Personalized Products

The above provisions apply to all products, whether personalized or not. Since personalized products cannot be returned, it is particularly important for the user to take all necessary precautions to check dimensions and access before finalizing the purchase.

Additional Delivery Costs

Any additional cost resulting from the rescheduling of delivery or the need to use special services to carry out the delivery due to access issues at the home will be borne by the user.

Product Dimensions Information

The dimensions of the products, including those of their packaging, are provided in the technical data sheet for each product under the "Product Details" section.

7. Price, Taxes, and Shipping Fees

All prices listed on the website are in euros and include applicable taxes and duties within Spain, without prejudice to the fact that the purchase of items from another territory may incur taxes and/or duties applicable to that region. Kave, using the payment information provided by the user on the website, will deduct the final amount of the order.

Shipping fees will be specified at the end of the purchase process, and the user will need to choose their preferred shipping method. These shipping fees will be fully borne by the user.

Before confirming the price via the "Place Order" option, the user can review the final price of their order, itemized, and if applicable, the amount of discounts or promotions applied, as well as transportation fees, taxes, duties, or other additional services.

The prices of items may change at any time according to Kave's pricing policy. Purchased products will be billed at the price in effect at the time of the purchase.
